“Here’s a quick, delicious blender recipe that’s wonderful for breakfast, lunch or as a pick-me-up anytime,” shares Lois Long in Casa Grande, Arizona.
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup chilled orange juice
- 1/4 cup chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
