"The first time I made these, I made them incorrectly and it was absolutely horrible. I gave them a second try this evening and oh my goodness! They are so simple but very delicious! Even my toddler (who has feeding issues) ate them! I can't say enough about this recipe. The only change I made this go around was I used an Italian blend shredded cheese instead of mozzarella and I used dry parsley (therefore I only did about 2/3 tsp)."

"Everything blended so well together. It is by far better than your average buttered noodles. The mozzarella cheese added that extra pizzaz to the dish. The only thing I did different was I used 1/4 tsp. dried parsley. Its was so easy to make and everything was around my kitchen. Will definetly make this over and over again.."

"I used Rotini because I didn't have any egg noodles and also omitted the parsley because I don't keep it on hand. This was very good - by far the best buttered noodle recipe I've ever tried."
