Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • CREAM SAUCE:
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, butter, salt and
  • pepper; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking
