Even picky families will change their minds about eating fish with this toasty, cheesy Parmesan-coated dish. I serve it with mashed cauliflower and a green salad for a low-carb meal everyone loves. —Trisha Kruse, Eagle, Idaho

"I can not believe the one single 2 star review came because someone felt this recipe was too time consuming. Really? 5 minutes of prep and 10 minutes under the broiler requires too much effort from you? Maybe you should stick to microwave TV dinners. I look forward to trying this healthy recipe myself! Thank you!"

"Pretty good--and very fast! Great for a weeknight dinner. FYI--I do not own a broiler pan, so I had to just use a cookie sheet. Turned out just like the picture and tasted great."

"While it was simple to put together, I thought it was a bit bland. I had used frozen filets instead of fresh, and they were a bit thin. Next time, I won't use a traditional broiler pan so the seasoning does not run off. Worth another try!"
