  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  1. Divide blueberries among four ovenproof 8-oz. custard cups. Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with brown sugar. Place on a baking sheet.
  2. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until bubbly and sugar is melted. Yield: 4 servings.

"I didn't have much luck with this recipe- I made it for a family gathering. Everyone ate about two bites and then didn't touch it. It was just kind of boring- I think I will use this as a base recipe and try a different topping (maybe something sweeter, vanilla yogurt or something?)"
