Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup: 172 calories, 4g fat (1g saturated fat), 3mg cholesterol, 562mg sodium, 28g carbohydrate (2g sugars, 4g fiber), 5g protein

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Add rice and soup. Cook until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
