Broccoli Walnut Salad Recipe

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the broccoli, walnuts and raisins. Combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice; add to broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Yield: 2 servings.
1 cup: 196 calories, 16g fat (2g saturated fat), 5mg cholesterol, 95mg sodium, 12g carbohydrate (7g sugars, 3g fiber), 4g protein.
