Broccoli Walnut Salad Recipe

TOTAL TIME: Prep: 10 min. + chilling YIELD:2 servings
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the broccoli, walnuts and raisins. Combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice; add to broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Yield: 2 servings.
1 serving (1 cup) equals 196 calories, 16 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium, 12 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 4 g protein.
