- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry broccoli in butter and lemon-pepper until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
1 serving (3/4 cup) equals 116 calories, 12 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 31 mg cholesterol, 303 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 2 g protein.
