Broccoli and Rice Recipe
- 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup cooked long grain rice
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1-1/2 cups cubed process American cheese (Velveeta)
- 1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Stir in rice and celery salt. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
3/4 cup: 209 calories, 11g fat (7g saturated fat), 27mg cholesterol, 707mg sodium, 18g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 2g fiber), 11g protein.
