  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 2 cups Wheat Chex
  • 1 cup Rice Chex
  • 2 cups dried blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup: 320 calories, 12g fat (3g saturated fat), 12mg cholesterol, 189mg sodium, 50g carbohydrate (22g sugars, 5g fiber), 5g protein.


  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cereals, blueberries and walnuts. In another bowl, combine syrup and butter. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
  2. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring after each minute. Spread onto waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 2 quarts.
