Blueberry Orange Cups Recipe
In the mood for something sweet but want to keep it light? These simple-to-prepare fruit cups, served with cool sherbet and orange marmalade, are the perfect way to end any meal. -Lorene Frohling Waukesha, Wisconsin
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1. In a saucepan, heat marmalade over low until melted; add blueberries. Spoon sherbet into individual dessert dishes. Top with marmalade mixture. Yield: 4 servings.
