  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 cup) equals 205 calories, 9 g fat (6 g saturated fat), 37 mg cholesterol, 83 mg sodium, 28 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 5 g protein.


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender container; cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 3-4 servings.
