BLT Pasta Salad Recipe
- 1 package (6.2 ounces) pasta salad mix
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 5 cups torn lettuce
- 1. Prepare pasta salad mix according to package directions. Stir in tomato and bacon. Serve over lettuce. Yield: 6 servings.
1 cup: 157 calories, 4g fat (1g saturated fat), 5mg cholesterol, 522mg sodium, 24g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 2g fiber), 6g protein.

"i loved it"
"This was good and easy to prepare. But I did have a hard time finding the creamy parmesan mix. I used the Caeasar mix instead and prepared it using the "creamy" directions on the back of the box."
