WITH the addition of cold, cooked chicken, this salad makes a great meal all by itself. As is, it’s a nice idea for a twist on Caesar salad, always delicious and fewer calories than your standard BLT.

"Quick, easy and tasty. The ingredients are mostly things you would have on hand anyway. Its a perfect salad when you dont have time to make a dish to go somewhere. A little fresh parm cheese adds a little bit more to it. Love this recipe!"
