Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until
  • smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2-3/4 cups.
