Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, cut into thirds and frozen
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

Nutritional Facts

136 calories: 3/4 cup, 1g fat (1g saturated fat), 1mg cholesterol, 14mg sodium, 32g carbohydrate (0g sugars, 2g fiber), 2g protein Diabetic Exchanges: 1 starch, 1 fruit

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.

"We were not a big fan of the acidic orange juice with the berry/vanilla taste. Before we right it off, we will try with cranraspberry juice."
