Ranch dressing mix flavors this fast-to-fix mixture that's packed with shredded cheese and is made to go with pretzels. It's one of those snacks that when you start eating it, you can't stop! This dip can be made with any type of beer, including nonalcoholic. I've taken it to many parties and am always asked for the recipe. —Michelle Long, New Castle, Colorado

"Winner ! I made up just 1/2 of this recipe and had quite a bit left over. I used some of it to

stuff a jalapeno pepper with. Hubby really enjoyed this lightened up version. The last little bit
I used to stuff celery. One recipe served 3 ways and everyone was wonderful. Ranch dressing mix can be on the salty side so I would suggest seasoning as you go along. The taste is even better the next day. I used a light beer and could not detect it at all. Great for entertaining.

"Super easy but way too salty - I would only use half a package of seasoning or add another brick of cream cheese if I were to make this again."

"Super easy, quick appetizer to make for any get together. Recommend using a light beer (not like a dark stout), and if you're looking to go for a more healthy route, you can use the low fat cream cheese (it still tastes good!)."

"I've made this for a few years now. It is always asked for during football season. The kids love it as much as my hubby does. The beer certainly affects the taste. Use something you love to drink."

"Everyone loves this. The only down side, you have to eat it all, the leftovers are not good, as the beer goes stale. But it is so good, it shouldn't be a problem eating it all!"
