Batter Up! Cupcakes Recipe
These three-ingredient treat are amazingly easy, but you'll hit dessert out of the park when you whip up a batch. They're a perfect last-minute party treat.
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 20 min. YIELD:24 servings
- 1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
- Cupcakes of your choice
- Red shoestring licorice
- 1. Frost cupcakes. Use a toothpick to draw two curves on cupcake.
- 2. Each cupcake will need two 2-1/2-inch licorice pieces and 18-22 3/8-inch pieces.
- 3. Using the curves as a guide, form baseball "seams" by placing 2-1/2-inch licorice pieces on top of marked curves. Then add 3/8-inch pieces to form stitches. Yield: varies.
