  • 1 pound fresh sugar snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 jar (2 ounces) sliced pimientos, drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the peas and water. Cover and
  • cook on high for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Stir in
  • the remaining ingredients. Yield: 4 servings.
