"Perfect basic biscuit! Just a touch of sweetness, baked up nice and big & flaky."

MY REVIEW

"Made exactly as recipe read. Awesome biscuit! Moist and flaky, rose nicely. Tasted a little sweeter than what I'm used to. Next time might reduce sugar or honey a little bit. Batter is really moist but sets up well with a little flour and pats out nicely."

"I didn't have milk so I used evaporated milk and I didn't have the time or space to roll the dough out so I made them into drop biscuits. Despite my changes this was delicious, fluffy inside and crispy outside."

"These were the best biscuits I have ever made. Very moist and flakey. I used one third whole wheat flour, just a splash more milk, and grated cheddar cheese.I will make these often."
