  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 bottle (28 ounces) barbecue sauce
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the barbecue sauce, macaroni, onion, green pepper and celery. Cook, uncovered, until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
