Banana Shakes Recipe
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 large ripe frozen bananas
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-3 servings.
1 serving (1 cup) equals 218 calories, 9 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 11 mg cholesterol, 91 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 6 g protein.
