- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 large ripe frozen bananas
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-3 servings.

"My daughter really enjoyed this for breakfast. We usually make smoothies with frozen strawberries and pineapple, and I ran out - this is a nice change of pace for her, and the ingredients are always on hand."
