  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 large ripe frozen bananas

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 218 calories, 9g fat (3g saturated fat), 11mg cholesterol, 91mg sodium, 33g carbohydrate (27g sugars, 3g fiber), 6g protein


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-3 servings.
