THIS is an old recipe my mother used. With seven children in the house, she made larger quantities, but I adjusted the ingredients to be just right for the two of us. Its "snowy" look makes this a perfect dessert for the winter months. -Ruth Ann Stelfox, Raymond, Alberta

"I have been making this pudding for a year now. It was the first recipe for rice pudding I tried. Now, it's the ONLY one I make! My husband is very picky about good rice pudding and he loves it. Simple to make. Simple ingredients. Fantastic taste. I divide into small containers so he can take to work for lunch. Awesome recipe!"

"Had some left over bananas and whipping cream and didn't want to waste them. Even thought my bananas were turning brown, this was super simple and delicious!!! Yum"
