Banana Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe
For a sweet treat during the summer, try these smoothies. The banana and berries are so tasty together.—Brenda Strohm, Omaha, Nebraska
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:3 servings
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
1 serving (1-1/4 cups) equals 192 calories, 6 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 19 mg cholesterol, 94 mg sodium, 30 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 7 g protein.
