Banana Coffee Smoothie Recipe
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup coffee yogurt
- 1 small banana, frozen, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash ground nutmeg
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until blended. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve immediately. Yield: 1 serving.
1-1/2 cup: 266 calories, 5g fat (3g saturated fat), 18mg cholesterol, 136mg sodium, 48g carbohydrate (43g sugars, 3g fiber), 10g protein.
