Baked Potato Strips Recipe
- 3 large baking potatoes
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thin 1/4-in. strips. Pat dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine the egg whites, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Add the potatoes; toss to coat.
- 2. Place in a single layer in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning several times. Yield: 4 servings.
