Baked Oatmeal Squares Recipe
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cups raisins
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cut into squares. Yield: 4-6 servings.
1 cup: 297 calories, 15g fat (2g saturated fat), 38mg cholesterol, 285mg sodium, 36g carbohydrate (21g sugars, 3g fiber), 6g protein.
