This quick and easy Amish breakfast bar recipe is one of my most cherished because it's hearty and flavorful. My wonderful husband loves to eat...especially what I make!
4-6 ServingsPrep: 10 min. Bake: 25 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 Eggland's Best Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cups raisins
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased 8-in. square
  • baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
  • Yield: 4-6 servings.
