I used fresh cauliflower and microwaved it in a bit of water for a few minutes. This recipe was just okay for us. Will not make again as I have another recipe we prefer.
My picky daughter loved this recipe and has asked for it again.. Winner all the way around
I used fresh cauliflower. I cooked it in water for 5 to 6 mins. before I added it to the sauce pan. This was easy to make.
