Reviews for Bacon Brussels Sprouts
"Brussels Sprouts are a favorite in my house and we eat them just about every week. I like to try new ways to fix them, but I wasn't that impressed with this recipe. Next time around I will try just allowing the sprouts to caramelize in a bit of the bacon grease, then add a little water and cover them to steam them for a few minutes before adding the other ingredients to see if that better suits our tastes."
"Easy & very tasty. I cut the number of bacon slices in half & microwaved the bacon to make a little healthier. Love the combination of flavors."
"Bacon makes every dish tasty, great hit for Christmas dinner."
"First trimmed off the base of the sprout. I melted the butter in the pan for 2 minutes, then roasted the Brussels sprouts in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes. Then added the rest of the ingredients as directed.for the bacon I microwaved it for 9 minutes before chopping it up. This was delicious. Always heard terrible things about Brussels sprouts now they are my favorite vegetable"
