- 1/2 ounce apple brandy
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 mint sprig
- 2 ounces unsweetened apple juice, chilled
- 2 ounces Champagne or other sparkling wine, chilled
- Place the brandy, sugar and mint in a champagne flute or wine glass; gently crush mint with a small spoon. Add apple juice and Champagne. Yield: 1 serving.
