Asparagus & Pear Salad Recipe

Asparagus & Pear Salad Recipe

"LOVE IT! Eating it as I type. I went ahead and just cut the asparagus before I cooked it and microwaved it for about 2 1/2 minutes then rinsed in cold water. This could be a meal in itself! Love it!"

"Just made this with some minor variation: since I had a lot of lime juice, I used it instead of lemon juice and I added firm tofu for more protein. Once the tofu absorbed the other flavors, the dish was fantastic! I'm happy to say my hubby hates asparagus, so YAY, more for me!"
