Asian tuna made with fresh ginger, ground pepper, soy sauce, bread crumbs, and sesame seeds. Brought to you by dLife®

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tuna fillets
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ounces pickled ginger, optional

Directions

  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • Finely chop tuna by hand with knife.
  • In medium bowl, gently mix tuna, green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and
  • pepper.
  • Shape four, 3-inch round patties.
  • On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. With hands,
  • carefully press patties, one at a time, into bread-crumb mixture,
  • turning to coat both sides.
  • Spray both sides of patties with non-stick spray.
  • Place tuna burgers on hot grill rack. Cover and cook patties, 5-6
  • minutes per side, until browned on the outside and slightly pink in
