- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Splash of soy sauce
- Sprinkle of ground ginger
- 3-1/2 quarts popped popcorn
- Rice cracker mix (with wasabi peas)
- Honey-roasted peanuts
- Melt butter; stir in sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger. Drizzle over popcorn; toss. Add rice cracker mix and honey-roasted peanuts; toss to combine. Yield: 3-1/2 quarts.
