This colorful, economical stir-fry dish takes only five ingredients—all of which you're likely to have on hand. Serve with a dash of soy sauce and a side of pineapple slices. Or try ground turkey instead of beef! —Laura Stenberg, Wyoming, Minnesota

"I am not a big fan of ramen noodles, but this recipe used them well."

"have made numerous times, with ground beef, ground turkey and chicken strips. I just add some Thai Chili paste for some zip. Excellent"

"Whole family loved! Few changes based on family preferences. Subbed veggie mix with steamed frozen broccoli and some fresh pea pods and mushrooms saut?ed in a little beef broth with some garlic and ginger. Otherwise followed as directed. Thanks for sharing! Definitely will make again."

"Quite tasty for a quickie! For some reason a number of folks comments indicate they are not thinking outside the box. I NEVER use the Ramen packet even when making the traditional noodle soup. A bit of garlic, some low sodium bouillon, and onions or onion powder yield the exact flavor without the chemicals or sodium. Likewise, I do not use pre-pared vegies as a rule. Chop up and add your favorite fresh items from the produce department. Voila!...the same recipe quickly adapted for restrictive low fat, low sodium diets! In addition, you can spice according to your own preferences and taste which I do with nearly all recipes."

"I always avoid prepared foods or the boxes variety. Prefer to to it all myself. This avoids a lot of salt and remanufactured foods which are not good for me. This is a quickie, but not my kind of quickie."
