- 1/3 cup water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 2 pepperoncini
- In a food processor, process artichoke hearts and pepperoncini until mixture is spreadable but not smooth. Spread on bread for sandwiches. Yield: 1/3 cup.
