Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1-3/4 cups apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Sliced bananas and blueberries

Directions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats and cider. Microwave,
  • uncovered on high for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Stir in the
  • butter, cinnamon and salt. Serve with bananas and berries. Yield: 2
  • servings.
