- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup apple pie filling
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

I loved this recipe. So simple, yet so tasty. It's a good Fourth of July or fall treat.

It's even better with apple pie spice in place of the cinnamon!
