- 4 medium apples, diced
- 3 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, peanuts and whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 10 servings.
