Apple Peanut Salad Recipe
Heidi Wilcox of Lapeer, Michigan needs just three items to toss together this sweet side dish. It's crunchy from crisp apples and peanuts yet sweet and fluffy from whipped topping.
- 4 medium apples, diced
- 3 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, peanuts and whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 10 servings.
