  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Spring mix salad greens
  • Assorted fresh fruit

"This was a very good dressing served over the spring greens, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and cantaloupe as pictured. I would recommend a separate salad plate as it is a very thin dressing."
