Apple and Peanut Butter Stackers Recipe
- 2 medium apples
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- Optional fillings: granola, miniature semisweet chocolate chips and M&M's minis
- 1. Core apples. Cut each apple crosswise into six slices. Spread peanut butter over six slices; sprinkle with fillings of your choice. Top with remaining apple slices. Yield: 6 servings.

"Mmmm, so yummy. Used chocolate chips to fill it. Only problem with this is that it was hard to spread the chunky peanut butter, it kept sliding off and the chopped nuts got in the way. Next time i might use smooth peanut butter. My little sister also enjoyed it. Its a yummy snack. =)"
