Apple Almond Salad

- 3 large apples, chopped
- 1 cup Diamond of California Sliced Almonds, toasted
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2-1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, almonds and cranberries. Combine
- whipped topping and mayonnaise. Add to apple mixture and toss to
- coat. Yield: 8 servings.
