Apple Almond Salad Recipe
- 3 large apples, chopped
- 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2-1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the apples, almonds and cranberries. Combine whipped topping and mayonnaise. Add to apple mixture and toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
3/4 cup equals 285 calories, 17 g fat (5 g saturated fat), 3 mg cholesterol, 51 mg sodium, 31 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 3 g protein.
