Almond Coffee Creamer Recipe
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup powdered nondairy creamer
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. To use, add to coffee in place of nondairy creamer and sugar. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
2 tablespoons: 71 calories, 1g fat (0 saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 11mg sodium, 15g carbohydrate (9g sugars, 0 fiber), 0 protein.

"Very good, I love almond, so I put a little bit more in mine. Great"
"I had made this mix 10 days ago, and since then, I found the mix had harden within that amount of time. I had to use a hard metal spoon to remove clumps of the mix to add to my coffee. While it did melt into the hot cup of coffee, and found the mix does taste like Coffee-Mates Amaretto powdered coffee creamer, I was still disapointed that the mix had harden within the 10 days. For those who like to make this creamer, I would highly suggest halving the recipe, and quickly use up the mix shortly after making it."

"I like liquid creamer also, I'm going to try using plain flavored liquid creamer and almond extract. I'll replace the sugar + ground cinnamon with cinnamon syrup (it's already sweetened, but you can buy sugar-free) that I have for flavoring lattes."
