- 8 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Place the peaches in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; set aside. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Sprinkle over the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until the topping is golden brown. Serve warm. Yield: 8-12 servings.

Unfortunately I made substitutions to this recipe, and it did not accept the substitutions well. I used non-gluten flour and coconut sugar, and it did not turn out well. I think this recipe has to be followed exactly.
Very quick and easy to make. I used fresh peaches. I will be making this again! Kid friendly too, my 4 yr old loved it.
I have made this many times over the years but always with self-rising flour, or I substitute 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt.
