Zucchini with Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups julienned zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted

Directions

  • In a skillet, saute zucchini in oil for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and pecans. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (3/4 cup) equals 85 calories, 8 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 229 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 2 g protein.
