Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties; cook until a thermometer reads 165°, 6-7 minutes on each side.
