Parmesan PointersWhen a recipe calls for shredded Parmesan cheese, use the cheese found in bags in the grocery store dairy section. Shredded Parmesan is often used in salads or soups where the shreds make a pretty garnish. If grated Parmesan is called for, use the finely grated cheese sold in containers with shaker/pourer tops. This type works well in lasagna and casseroles. (You can substitute either shredded or grated Parmesan in equal proportions in your favorite recipes.) If you decide to buy a chunk of Parmesan cheese and grate your own, be sure to use the finest section on your grating tool. You can also use a blender or food processor. Simply cut the cheese into 1-inch cubes and process 1 cup of cubes at a time on high until finely grated.

This was really tasty. Maybe next time to add a little kick, I might use Rotel tomatoes instead. Family liked this a lot.

This was the best & easiest dish I have made in a LONG time! My husband said it was to die for. Of course, it is not a light meal by any means, but it is pure deliciousness. My son has recently cut mean out of his diet, so I have been looking for meatless dishes. This was a GREAT find. Thanks!!!

I can't wait to make this again! I made it on Valentine's Day, and my husband & I were both impressed. I decided to add chicken to make it into a main dish. It is fantastic! I'll be making this the next time I have company.

My family loved this quick easy meal. There are never enough leftovers of this dish to go around. We love adding shrimp or chicken for added taste and texture.
