YUM!! This is awesome! I couldn't stop eatting it and ate the whole thing! I always loved eating hot chocolate pudding but it took so long to make. This is ready to eat quicker than instant pudding (unless you want to let it cool first). Loved this and will definitely make it again!

This is so much better than from a mix. I did increase the baking cocoa to 1/3 cup. Was a little too sweet for us at 1/4 cup. We like to eat this with sliced bananas in the bottom of the bowl, then put the chocolate pudding on top.

Wonderfully quick and chocolatey! I read this recipe and went right out and made it just now. Had some while it was still pretty warm and will try again when chilled. Next time I'll whip up some cream and make a mousse. Thanks for a very easy and delicious recipe!

this is a delicious recipe. I added some a little more baking cocoa & some coffee granules to give it lots of flavor. I have some more cooling right now...mmmm

This chocolate pudding is really great! It takes only a few minutes to prepare with hardly any clean-up! It is also very chocolate-ly and not too sweet!

It's thick, but not terribly chocolaty. I stirred in some coffee yogurt, which punched up the flavour nicely. The next time I may add some instant coffee powder. This recipe makes a better base for mocha than it does a stand alone chocolate pudding.
