This was super easy to make and really delicious. I doubled the liquid and added some chopped garlic like one of the comments suggested. My husband really liked it. This is definitely a keeper.

Would like to make this as it sounds easy to make and good. However, being a "concrete sequential" kind of guy, I notice it doesn't say to put BOTH halves of the roast in the cooker. So the question is: Do both halves go in? Thanks in advance from a charter member of DENSA (not to be confused with MENSA). :>)

I made this for dinner yesterday and it was just delicious. I used a pork loin because I had one in the freezer and it needed to be used. I had no apple juice on hand, so I substituted Apple & Eve's Naturally Cranberry, which includes some apple juice. We loved it. I served this with mashed potatoes, applesauce, and a broccoli salad.

Excellent! My 5 year old asked for seconds and it's usually a challenge to get him to eat any mean.

This was so awesome, the sauce was great on the meat. Served with mashed potatoes. I ended up thickening the sauce in the microwave- not in the crockpot. Love it and will make it again and again!!!

Loved it! Super simple ta make, and the kids devoured it in seconds! Served it with pasta since we had some left over in the fridge and we poured the sauce over it all. Next time I will use rice, it will likely soak up all the yummy juice. Reminded me of Rice King

I have been making this recipe on a regular basis. My husband and I love it. I serve it to company and have been asked for the recipe multiple times. I have also tried this recipe with chicken insted of the pork roast, which I like just as well.
