My daughter helped me come up with this recipe when we wanted a one-dish meal that was different than a casserole. This pie slices nicely and is a fun and filing dish. Debra Dohy, Massillon, Ohio

My family loved it! Didn't have any green onions but it was still wonderful, especially with sour cream on top! Will make a couple times a month.

We've been making this recipe since it came out in the ToH magazine years ago. It's delicious and always a hit at our house. The only change I've made is to cook the beef with a package of taco seasoning mix.

I love this recipe. I use HOT salsa, but I love that you can use medium or mild to adjust the taste so that everyone can enjoy. =)

The only changes I made were to use 2% cheddar cheese and fat free sour cream. It was very good.
